these terms govern your access to the repaera website and any purchase or use of products and services (collectively, the "Services") offered under the repaera brand by PT GLOBAL TEKNIKA SUKSES. by using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
repaera operates remotely from blitar, indonesia; many workflows are automated, but some support, review, and exception handling may take longer when manual processing is needed.
who we are
"repaera", "we", "us", and "our" refer to repaera as the operating brand of PT GLOBAL TEKNIKA SUKSES, a company based in blitar, indonesia.
definitions
- "Services" means the website, Access Licenses, Support Plans, Enterprise Offerings, Experimental or Beta Offerings, Indonesia-Only Local Services, and related applications, features, integrations, or paid add-ons that we make available under the repaera brand or related project brands.
- "Access Licenses" means one-time purchases of access to private github repositories, private registries, documentation, and related private artifacts we make available with an order.
- "Support Plans" means fixed-term support coverage sold in quarterly or annual terms.
- "Enterprise Offerings" means implementation, advisory, integration, any Managed Environment we provide, and related operational support delivered under a proposal, invoice, statement of work, or other written agreement.
- "Experimental or Beta Offerings" means preview, limited-availability, evolving, or separately branded products, applications, or features that we may make available from time to time.
- "Indonesia-Only Local Services" means managed errand, home, delivery, and related local operational services that we offer only within indonesia.
- "Managed Environment" means a deployment, environment, or related infrastructure component that we configure, activate, provision, or operate as part of Enterprise Offerings.
eligibility and account requirements
you must provide accurate purchase and account information. some Services require a valid github account owned or controlled by you. you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own accounts, credentials, devices, and deployment environments.
services covered by these terms
- Access Licenses for private github repositories and ghcr packages
- Support Plans sold in quarterly or annual terms
- Enterprise Offerings sold through a proposal, invoice, or written agreement
- Experimental or Beta Offerings that we may make available from time to time
- Indonesia-Only Local Services offered only within indonesia
some Services may be offered under separate product names, project names, or sub-brands. where a product-specific page, order, invoice, proposal, statement of work, or separate written terms applies, that more specific document controls to the extent of any conflict.
indonesia-only local services
repaera may also offer Indonesia-Only Local Services limited to the indonesian market. these services are handled separately from our software products and may be priced using fixed rates for standard tasks, custom quotes for non-standard tasks, or a mix of both depending on scope, distance, urgency, materials, and delivery conditions. dedicated arrangements may also be available starting from IDR 1,500,000 per month as a baseline, with higher pricing for technical or non-standard work.
availability, scheduling, service area, acceptance of specific tasks, and completion timing may depend on operational capacity, location, safety, third-party conditions, and customer responsiveness. wednesday availability may drop significantly, and friday availability is reduced between 10:00 and 14:00 western indonesia time. we may decline or limit requests that are unsafe, unlawful, impractical, or outside our operational coverage. these services are also subject to our cancellation policy.
requests and updates for Indonesia-Only Local Services may be handled through chat platforms including WhatsApp Business and Telegram. unless we agree otherwise in writing, payments for eligible Indonesia-Only Local Services may be accepted by cash or through repaera's xendit account via qris, bank virtual account transfer, or convenience store payment channels such as alfamart and alfamidi.
repository and ghcr access license
when you purchase an Access License, you receive a limited right to access the private repository, documentation, and any related private registry artifacts included with the order. the purchase gives you a license to use the product under these terms. it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the product itself.
- unless an order, invoice, or written agreement states otherwise, each Access License is limited to one deployment
- if a written order or agreement expressly states unlimited deployments, that written term controls
- you must use your own github account for login, claim, invitation, and access delivery
- delivery is considered complete once access is granted, claimable, or successfully invited to your github account
- self-hosting, operation, security hardening, backup, and compliance of your deployment are your responsibility unless you separately purchase Enterprise Offerings or other Services from us
unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly mirror, or share the purchased code, package access, credentials, or related proprietary materials with third parties.
support plans
Support Plans are sold in fixed quarterly or annual terms. they do not renew automatically. if you want continued coverage after the purchased term ends, a new order, invoice, or written renewal is required.
Support Plan scope, communication channels, target response expectations, and scheduling priority depend on the plan or agreement you purchase. unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, support is provided on a best-effort basis.
enterprise offerings
Enterprise Offerings may include implementation, advisory, integration, and related operational support. these services may be sold through custom proposals, invoices, statements of work, or other written confirmations. the applicable order, scope, or written agreement controls deliverables, assumptions, pricing, and timing for those services.
project timing may depend on your responsiveness, feedback, approvals, and access to relevant systems or materials. changes in scope may require timeline or pricing updates.
where an Enterprise Offering includes a Managed Environment, it is operated on third-party infrastructure. unless a separate service level agreement is signed, availability, maintenance windows, backup practices, scaling choices, and incident response are provided on a best-effort basis.
- you remain responsible for the legality of your content, prompts, uploads, outputs, and workloads
- we may suspend, limit, or terminate workloads that create material security, legal, abuse, or infrastructure risk
- fees for Enterprise Offerings are non-refundable after work begins or a Managed Environment is activated except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the purchased service
experimental or beta offerings
Experimental or Beta Offerings may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. they may be offered under separate product names or project brands and may have different availability, feature scope, usage limits, pricing, or eligibility conditions than our more established services.
unless separate product-specific terms say otherwise, Experimental or Beta Offerings are also provided on a best-effort basis and may change more frequently than other Services.
fees, taxes, and payment
fees are due as stated in the relevant checkout, order, invoice, or written agreement. unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and similar charges. non-payment may delay fulfillment, suspend access, or end service delivery.
refunds
refunds are governed by our refund policy and any non-waivable rights under applicable law. due to the nature of digital delivery, Access License refunds generally stop being available once repository or registry access has been granted or made claimable.
for Indonesia-Only Local Services, refund eligibility may be reduced or denied once a booking is confirmed, a dispatch is scheduled, materials are purchased, transport costs are incurred, or work has started. operational cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show rules are described in our cancellation policy.
customer responsibilities
- use the Services lawfully and in accordance with these terms
- secure your own infrastructure, credentials, backups, and deployment environments
- avoid sharing repository access, registry credentials, or other restricted materials with unauthorized parties
- cooperate reasonably with verification, fraud checks, and technical requirements needed for fulfillment
acceptable use
you may not use the Services or support channels for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or security-disruptive activity. this includes attempts to bypass access controls, misuse infrastructure, share restricted access with unauthorized parties, or interfere with the Services or third-party platforms.
intellectual property
unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, we retain all rights, title, and interest in our software, documentation, branding, website content, and related materials. you retain rights in your own content and data. if you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
availability and changes
we may improve, update, replace, or discontinue features, products, or details of the Services from time to time. we may also update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
disclaimers
to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services, including Enterprise Offerings and Experimental or Beta Offerings, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for every use case.
limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. our total liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to that claim.
governing law and disputes
these terms are governed by the laws of indonesia. before filing a formal claim, both sides agree to attempt a good-faith informal resolution first. if a dispute is not resolved informally, it will be handled in indonesia unless applicable law requires a different forum.
