this cancellation policy applies only to repaera's Indonesia-Only Local Services. repaera is the operating brand of PT GLOBAL TEKNIKA SUKSES, based in blitar, indonesia and operating remotely.

repaera currently has some automated workflows, but scheduling, dispatch, and exception handling for Indonesia-Only Local Services may still require manual review and may take longer when capacity is limited.

this page explains how bookings may be confirmed, canceled, rescheduled, delayed, refused, or partially completed for Indonesia-Only Local Services. refund outcomes for those events are described here together with our refund policy.

scope

this policy covers managed errand, home, and delivery work that falls within Indonesia-Only Local Services, including one-off bookings and dedicated service arrangements. unless a written quote or service order states otherwise, this page controls cancellation and rescheduling rules for those services.

service area and availability

service coverage, travel distance, timing, and acceptance depend on location, operational capacity, urgency, safety, traffic, weather, and the nature of the task. quoted or requested times are estimates unless we expressly confirm a strict delivery or attendance window in writing.

  • wednesday availability may drop significantly and some requests may only be accepted at up to 3x the normal rate
  • friday availability is reduced between 10:00 and 14:00 western indonesia time due to jumuah prayer
  • we may limit or refuse bookings outside our current operational coverage or capacity

booking confirmation

a request is not final until repaera confirms it. we may ask for additional details, location information, task instructions, identity verification, deposits, or advance payment before accepting the booking. we may also revise quotes if the real scope, route, risk, or timing is materially different from the original request.

coordination for Indonesia-Only Local Services may take place through WhatsApp Business or Telegram. payment for eligible bookings may be accepted by cash or through repaera's xendit account via qris, bank virtual account transfer, or convenience store channels such as alfamart and alfamidi.

dedicated monthly options

Indonesia-Only Local Services may also be offered as dedicated arrangements starting from IDR 1,500,000 per month. this is a baseline only and may vary by case, especially for technical work, specialized errands, custom operating windows, travel requirements, or higher-risk tasks.

customer cancellation before scheduling

if you cancel before we confirm the booking, before scheduling is locked, and before we incur material operational cost, you will usually not be charged beyond any non- refundable payment processor or third-party fees already incurred.

customer cancellation after scheduling

if you cancel after a booking has been confirmed or scheduled, we may keep part of the payment to cover reserved time, planning effort, administrative overhead, or committed operating capacity. same-day or short-notice cancellations may result in a reduced or zero refund depending on the circumstances.

cancellation after dispatch or work starts

once dispatch has started, travel has begun, materials have been purchased, or work has materially started, any refund may be reduced or unavailable. deductions may include transport, time-on-road, coordination, materials, third-party fees, or work already completed.

rescheduling rules

rescheduling requests are subject to operational capacity and may not always be available. if a reschedule request is made after scheduling, after route planning, or near the service window, we may charge an additional fee or treat the request as a cancellation followed by a new booking.

no-show and inaccessible location

if the customer, sender, recipient, or site contact is unavailable, if the address is incorrect, or if the location cannot be accessed safely or reasonably on arrival, the booking may be treated as a no-show or failed access event. in those cases, refunds may be reduced or unavailable because dispatch and time costs have already been incurred.

materials and third-party costs

if we buy materials, reserve third-party services, pay tolls, parking, platform fees, or other external costs for your booking, those amounts may be non-refundable even if the job is later canceled. where appropriate, those costs may be deducted from any approved refund.

unsafe or prohibited requests

we may refuse, stop, or cancel tasks that appear unsafe, unlawful, abusive, misleading, outside our competence, or impractical to complete under the requested conditions. if we refuse a task after material planning or dispatch effort has already been committed, we may retain the reasonable portion of fees needed to cover that effort.

repaera cancellation or delay

we may cancel, delay, or reschedule a booking because of illness, emergencies, weather, traffic, safety concerns, third-party failure, force majeure, or insufficient capacity. where possible, we will offer a reschedule, service credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on what costs have already been incurred and what work has already been completed.

how refunds or credits are calculated

approved refunds or credits are assessed based on the actual stage of the booking, including confirmation, scheduling, dispatch, travel, materials, third-party costs, partial completion, and administrative effort. completed or substantially completed work is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we clearly fail to deliver the agreed service.
