this refund policy explains when repaera may issue a refund for Access Licenses, Support Plans, Enterprise Offerings, and paid Experimental or Beta Offerings. repaera is the operating brand of PT GLOBAL TEKNIKA SUKSES, based in blitar, indonesia and operating remotely.

repaera currently has some automated steps, but some refund and exception reviews still require manual verification and may take longer to complete.



overview

because our Services include digital access and service categories that may involve reserved time, started work, activation of a Managed Environment, or allocated resources, refund eligibility depends heavily on whether access has already been granted, work has already started, or a Managed Environment has already been activated.

indonesia-only local services

repaera may also offer Indonesia-Only Local Services limited to the indonesian market. these services may be sold using fixed pricing, custom quotes, or a mixed pricing model depending on the job, including dedicated arrangements starting from IDR 1,500,000 per month as a baseline. booking cancellation, rescheduling, dispatch, and no-show rules are described in our cancellation policy.

these Indonesia-Only Local Services may be coordinated through WhatsApp Business or Telegram, and payment may be accepted through cash or through repaera's xendit account using qris, bank virtual account transfer, or convenience store payment channels such as alfamart and alfamidi.

access license purchases

one-time purchases of Access Licenses for private github repository access or ghcr access may be refunded before the license is claimed, before an invitation is accepted, or before access is otherwise granted to your github account.

once repository access, package access, or a claimable license has been issued to the designated github account, the order is treated as delivered and is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we materially fail to provide the purchased access.

support plans

Support Plans are sold as fixed quarterly or annual terms and do not renew automatically. a Support Plan purchase may be reviewed for refund within 14 days of purchase only if no support ticket, call, consultation session, or substantive support work has started.

once support work has started, the Support Plan is generally non-refundable.

enterprise offerings

fees for Enterprise Offerings are generally non-refundable once work has started, time has been scheduled or reserved, any deliverable, report, or draft has been shared, or any Managed Environment has been activated or provisioned.

if a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement includes different refund terms, that written agreement controls. otherwise, refunds for Enterprise Offerings remain limited except where required by law or where repaera fails to deliver the purchased service.

experimental or beta offerings

paid Experimental or Beta Offerings may have product-specific refund terms on the relevant product page, checkout flow, invoice, or written agreement.

unless those specific terms say otherwise, paid Experimental or Beta Offerings are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, the offering has been activated, or material service resources have been committed.

errand, home, and delivery services

for Indonesia-Only Local Services, refunds may be full, partial, or unavailable depending on how much operational work has already been committed. approved refunds may be reduced to account for reserved time, dispatch effort, transportation costs, materials, third-party charges, or work already completed.

once a task has been substantially performed or completed, the service is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we clearly fail to deliver the agreed service. for operational cancellation details, see our cancellation policy.

how to request a refund

send your request to [email protected] and include the order id, purchase email address, github username if relevant, and a short explanation of the issue.

processing times

refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 to 10 business days. if approved, return timing depends on the payment processor, card network, bank, or wallet used for the original transaction.

chargebacks and abuse

if you believe there has been a billing mistake, please contact us before opening a chargeback. abusive, fraudulent, or clearly bad-faith chargebacks may result in account restrictions, cancellation of access, or refusal of future service.
